Wrongful Death

The senseless loss of a loved one is the most shocking and devastating event imaginable.  We have handled many wrongful death cases involving trucking, auto collisions and defective products, helping surviving families pick up the pieces of shattered lives.   We provided answers and assistance for grieving families faced with questions about paying for funeral and burial expenses, probating wills, applying for life insurance and grief counseling.

Often, the most important issue in a wrongful death case is preserving the money recovered so that the family can afford their needs for the foreseeable future.  Many lawyers stop working on the clients behalf as soon as the money is paid, but we assist families in best utilizing the money recovered to establish lifetime monthly income and trusts to protect their funds.
